Car Show Donation

We’ve streamlined our process to make things easier and more flexible for you and your events. This year, instead of shipping products or kits, we’re offering $100 in Stoner Car Care digital gift cards (one $50 and two $25). This allows you to customize your prizes while avoiding shipping delays and restrictions.

Here’s how it works:

  • Use the gift cards to order products for your event, or
  • Print the gift cards and give them directly to your winners

Important program details:

There is a limit of 500 car shows for this program. Review the guidelines below carefully before submitting your request. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your application being denied.

  1. All donation requests must be submitted by March 31 at midnight EST.
  2. Requests are only accepted from car clubs and automotive events.
  3. Events must be open to the public.
  4. Limit one request per club or organization per calendar year.
  5. A valid email address is required. Gift cards and a verification email will be sent to this address.
  6. We must be able to verify that your event exists. This requires a public web presence such as Facebook, news coverage, or a club website with a working event calendar.
  7. A maximum of 500 car shows per year will receive a donation.

All donations are at the sole discretion of Stoner Car Care.
Past sponsorship does not guarantee future participation.

Digital gift cards are provided as promotional items and have no cash value. Gift cards are non transferable, non refundable, and may only be redeemed at StonerCarCare.com in accordance with applicable gift card terms and conditions. Lost, stolen, or misdirected gift cards will not be replaced.

Applicants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information. Stoner Car Care is not responsible for applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, late, or not received due to technical issues.

Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of all stated guidelines, eligibility requirements, and applicable terms. Misrepresentation of event details or misuse of the donation may result in disqualification from current or future programs.
